Chipotle morita - whole

chile Chipotle (chip-OAT-lay) is a ripened red Jalapeno which, due to it’s thick flesh, has been smoke-dried. The result is a deep, warm accent for chili, eggs, sauces or soups.

Morita chipotles are medium smoked and retain a fruity flavour.
