Each bottle contains approx. 53 green ants which are harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia People.
With a flavour somewhere between citrus and coriander, green ants bring a perfectly compatible flavour note to the chiles making this a unique one of a kind sauce.
Ingredients: rice wine vinegar, reaper & trinidad scorpion chiles, water, salt, green ants, xanthan gum.
