This pack is enough to season 15lbs (6.8kg), either all at once or 1lb at a time. Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hours and finish in your oven, smoker or dehydrator.
Perfect for wild game, beef, fish and poultry of course. But, also great on vegetarian options like mushrooms, eggplant, tofu or even pumpkin.
Ingredients:
CURE: salt, sugar, sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel color; and
SEASONING: smart salt concentrate (magnesal), sea salt, pepper, garlic, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractive, not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
