The Original "Louisiana" Brand Hot Sauce is a cayenne pepper based hot sauce, and competes with brands such as Tabasco® sauce, Crystal® Hot Sauce, Texas Pete® and Frank's® Red Hot®.

It is packaged in glass shaker bottles, and the label features a distinctive red dot. The sauce is produced from aged peppers, vinegar and salt, and is marketed as "Not too hot, not too mild".
