Mayordomo creates the sauce from the traditional recipe using roasted mulato chilies, chocolate and other spices.
The sauce is easy to use, just heat in a pan with broth. Add chicken to the sauce and allow to simmer.
Ingredients: Chile peppers, sugar, oil, sesame seeds, banana, cookies, onions, peanuts, cocoa beans, raisins, salt, walnuts, almonds, garlic, cinnamon, spices.
