Oaxaca's famous mole negro sauce, a deeply complex chile-chocolate sauce, which traditionally takes all day to prepare. But with this jar, the dish is easy. Simply heat in a pan with broth to create a smooth sauce. Add chicken to the sauce and allow to simmer.
True to the classic, El Sabor de Oaxaca's Mole Negro has a number of chile varitals combined which give it a medium heat and beautiful complexity. Nutty richness from peanuts, walnuts and almonds is perfectly balanced by a subtle sweetness.
500gm jar of concentrated paste is enough for 12 healthy servings.
