An excellent dry rub marinade for pork, pork ribs, pork chops and chicken. It is also perfect sprinkled on sweet potatoes.
Rub seasoning gently into meat covering thoroughly. For best results place rub on meat several hours or overnight before cooking. At the end of the cook try adding one of Historic Lynchburg's BBQ Sauces for a wonderful finish.
