GRUNT GREEN was discovered almost by accident, green cayenne peppers picked just before they turn red can bring a truly unique, tangy, earthy flavor. They still carry a bright fresh flavor and same rich concentration of all-natural cayenne peppers.
Much of the harvesting of the green peppers happens at the end of a growing season, when these mature, perfectly balanced peppers just decide to stay green; as such, these peppers are usually aged for a while longer.
Try this for the sauce alone, but with the added bonus of a super cool hand grenade bottle, complete with its own dog-tag.
