A sweet and fiery offering from Uncle Mungos with a hella punch from Carolina Reapers.
The ghost pepper heat is initially tamed from the sweet mangos but the heat is definitely there and will build long after the sweet has faded away. This sauce is excellent on chicken, fish, or prawns. It would also make a nice base for a fiery tropical glaze.
