Walkerswood Curry Paste is an exciting blend of turmeric, coriander, allspice, cumin and other traditional spices used in West Indian-style curry dishes. This curry's particular blend of spices used in Caribbean dishes offers a unique flavour profile compared against traditional East Indian varieties.

It is precooked for greater depth of flavour and versatility, and works equally well with lamb, goat, chicken, seafood and vegetables.  Red snapper, prawns and salmon are particularly delicious when cooked with Walkerswood curry paste
