Instant Birria by Chile Mojo (60gm)

”Bang-Bang Bírria! - Is it cheating, or just a convenience? This birria bomb of flavour has won a wide base of fans.

You decide, but this Instant BĆ­rria Spice surely has many uses. Try:

* dry rub or simmered Birria Bird
* 60g / 6Tbsp per 500g mince for Birria Burger
* a sprinkle/rub seasoning for Chips, Chops, Rice….anything
* a Dipping or Pouring Condiment (see recipe)

BĆ­rria Dipping Sauce
*3Tbsp / 30g Instant BĆ­rria Spice
*ā…“ cup unflavoured tomato puree
*ā…“ cup water
*ā…“ cup plain white or cider vinegar

Directions: Combine above in small stove pot. Bring just to the boil; lower heat and simmer 5 minutes or until reduced to a suitable thickness. Sauce may be thickened with a shake of corn masa flour or rice flour, if desired. Multiply by 8 to use entire package. Yield: 2 litres
